Copyright
Every photograph, logotype, layout, drawing and piece of writing on this site is the work of Xevi Machado and is protected by copyright under the Dutch Auteurswet and international copyright law. That includes the design and the code of the site itself.
Work made for clients is shown here as portfolio. The trade marks and brand names of those clients belong to them, not to me.
What you may do
You are welcome to look at the work, link to any page, and quote a short extract in an article or a review as long as you credit Xevi Machado and link back to this site.
What needs permission
Copying, downloading, reproducing, republishing, printing or distributing the images or the texts, in whole or in part, needs written permission first. So does any commercial use, any use in a client presentation or pitch, and any use as training data for a machine learning model.
Licensing an image for a specific use is usually straightforward. Ask: xevimachado@gmail.com.
People in the photographs
Some of the photographs show identifiable people. If you appear in one and would like it taken down, write to me and I will remove it. You do not need to give a reason.

This is a statement about copyright and image use. It is not a contract for design work. The terms of a commission, its price, its schedule and its delivery are agreed in writing for each project.
